Choosing your delivery date

Once your order is placed, our delivery partner will be in touch to arrange a date and time slot that works for you. You'll receive updates by email and text as your delivery date approaches.

Room of choice delivery

We offer room-of-choice delivery on all orders, so your new bed or mattress is carried to the room you actually want it in — not just left at the door.

Assembly

Your bed arrives flat-packed with clear step-by-step instructions and all the fittings you need. Most customers find assembly straightforward with two people. If you'd prefer help, get in touch before ordering and we'll let you know what assembly options are available in your area.
